To help you, I use holistic therapy, transition therapy, Theta Healing or combination of those methods.  Or sometimes inspirational conversation or clarifying counseling is just what you need. 

Holistic journey will increase your own contribution to your healing. You have opportunity to find negative emotions and traumas that are hidden in your subconscious mind and you have opportunity to work them through and release old wounds and patterns, so new and supportive beliefs could enter. 

Transition therapy is good for deep relaxation, for example during periods of high stress, continuous anxiety or if it difficult for you to open up verbally. 

Theta Healing is method that helps to find your limiting beliefs, emotions and behaviours and replace them with supportive ones.
